And I Can Bake!
Okay, so I made lemon ricotta cookies this morning. Given that none of my family had ever tried lemon cookies before and this would be my first time making cookies from scratch, I only made half a batch. This ended up being about 17 cookies [it was supposed to be @22, but my cookies are apparently bigger than Giada's].
Given that I played it safe and only baked half a batch, can you guess what happened?
Yeah, they're gone all ready.
I'm thinking of substituing the lemon juice and zest with orange juice and zest next time. We'll see.
